Personal Training Options

If you lack confidence, don't enjoy the class environment or just prefer something more personal,
we can cater for you as well. We provide tailor made packages to suit
both your goals and your budget.

We offer structured Personal Training sessions to suit your individual goals.
We can either work at our studio in Hildenborough or at your home. With all PT packages
we help work on your mind set, and nutrition as well as your body .
You can train on your own or with up to 3 friends and family. Each session is 60 minutes long.

Our options can include Metafit HIIT, body weight exercises, Kettlebells and Boxercise equipment.

We can monitor your progress by taking part in regular fitness tests and weigh-ins using our body composition scales.
