HIIT Pads is a combination of High Intensity Interval Training, Boxercise and KickBoxercise.
This class is fast, fun and sweaty.
There is no sparring involved. We use gloves, pads and wavemasters whilst exercising.
We strike using our hands, elbows, knees and feet.
You will be safely coached through all the skills needed.
This is a great stress busting workout suitable for all ages and abilities.
All classes are small with a maximum of 10 people.
This way I'm able to focus on everyone and teach properly and safely.
HIIT Pads is also available as a 1 to 1 Personal Training session.
