Online Fitness Classes

B24FIT Fitness offers a FUN, FRIENDLY and non-judge-mental environment for people to train.
Helping you to gain body confidence, by changing and improving your body shape.
So whether your goal is weight loss, improving flexibility or mobility, to get fit or improve your strength,
we can help and support you.

We offer a range of online circuit classes.
The instructor will help with correcting technique, regressing and progressing each exercise where and when necessary.
Exercises  will include HIIT, Boxercise, Kickboxercise and Kettlebells.
You will be taught how to safely use all the relevant equipment.

Our online circuit classes are suitable for everyone, whether you're a full time athlete, someone returning back to exercise
after a long break or even as a complete beginner, we cater for each individual.

Kettlebells

Kettlebells exercises are included in our circuits classes. You can use dumbbells as well.

Boxercise

Boxercise exercises are included in our circuit classes. Dumbbells or tins can be used.

Bodyweight only HIIT workouts.

HIIT Pads

This is a combination Boxercise and KickBoxercise exercises all based in the HIIT format.
