Metafit™ is the original 25/30 minute, non choreographed, bodyweight only HIIT workout.

I run each class like a personal training session in a group environment.
All classes are small with a maximum of 14 people.
This way I'm able to focus on everyone and teach properly and safely.
Metafit is also available as a 1 to 1 Personal Training session.
